A highly respected private physiotherapy practice in Canberra is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to step into a senior Clinical Lead role. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants greater influence and responsibility while remaining hands-on in clinical work.


This is a clinical leadership role, not a management position. You will play a key role in complex case management, clinical decision-making, and supporting the development of other clinicians.


The role:

• Managing complex musculoskeletal and persistent pain presentations
• Contributing to clinical standards and best practice
• Mentoring and supporting physiotherapists across experience levels
• Working within an established, values-driven team environment

About you:

• Experienced musculoskeletal, sports, or pain physiotherapist
• Post-graduate qualifications or equivalent clinical depth
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Confident leading by example and supporting others
• Interest in Clinical Pilates (experience preferred)

The practice:

• Salary of $120,000 – $130,000 + super
